I, for one, have a lot of celebrating planned for this weekend.
I mentioned that I am excited for Fall, and I will post some of my favorite fall recipes over the coming weeks. In the mean time, I was in the mood for a pumpkin beer, and though the store isn't quite as ready as I am (with Southern Tier Pumking and Dogfish Head Punkin), I decided to try Shock Top.
It's a good option for the transition between seasons and for those of you still experiencing 100 degree days, since it's a wheat beer.
And it's one I think I could convince even Iris to try (and maybe like)!
