I am happy to welcome February: it is going to be a good month. There are signs that Spring is around the corner (though I realize it's still quite a ways off!), we have fun plans with friends and family this month, and I hope to welcome back to our garden the hummingbirds who seem to have flown south this winter.
It's also time to wish this little dude Happy 6th Birthday:
